All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via UPS on a next day service before 12 for orders placed before midday.

Cost and Delivery

UK mainland: £9, next working day (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Northern Ireland and Chanel Isle: £22, next working day (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland. Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Liechtenstein. Zone 3: Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain. Zone 4: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia. Zone 5: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Norway, Montenegro.

Zone 1: £16.00, 2 working days (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Zone 2: £18.00, 3 working days (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Zone 3: £20.00, 4 working days (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Zone 4: £24.00, 5 working days (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

Zone 5: £30.00, 8 working days (on orders placed before midday, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

 

DELIVERY to USA + CANADA

All orders for delivery to USA and CANADA are shipped via UPS. Providing there are no delays through customs you should receive your order in 2 working days.

Cost and Delivery

$25 / £16. 2 working days (on orders placed before midday GMT, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day but will still be charged the same rate)

All our items are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands and any charges for customs and import when we mail abroad will be added at checkout.

Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

JW Anderson uses a standard pricing policy to ensure that all of our customers are charged the same price, regardless of where they live. We do not offer VAT refunds on orders delivered outside of the EU.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION DESPATCH TIMING OF ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday the same working day, any orders placed after midday will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible.

 

USING A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you don't think you'll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better - for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under Shipping Address.

 

IF YOU AREN'T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

 

IF THERE ARE DELAYS

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we'll email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.

Our Returns Policy

If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.

It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. We'll give you a full refund or exchange the item. If you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.

There are only two exceptions to our 14 days guarantee:

Books and prints are non exchangeable but you are entitled to a refund.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer from finding out.

There's no need to call or email us to tell us you've returned the parcel. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip, arrange for a collection and we will do the rest. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
